Senior Quantity Surveyor
This role covers a wide variety of civil and M&E work spanning a number of sectors on a prestigious project in Singapore. Experience in underground works preferred.
Job Responsibilities:* Pro-active contract management including preparation of correspondence.
* Measurement of contractor progress and payment claim management.
* Assessment and negotiation of variations and claims.
* Identification, management and reporting in relation to commercial risks and issues.
* Regular commercial reporting and presentations to clients.
Requirements:* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years post-graduate relevant working experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
* Able to manage junior staff and work as a team player.
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
* Excellent proficiency in the English language.
* Willing to work in a fast-paced environment including site-based work.
