As Franchise Business Manager, You Will Be The Face Of The Brand And Be The Link Between The Franchisees And The Business. The Key Criteria For This Role
To provide leadership and management of franchisees across multiple countries
To maximise sales revenues through correct execution and follow up of marketing caigns
Ensure compliance and exceptional delivery of operational standards inline with the franchise agreement
Analysis of P&L’s, performance and host regular business reviews
Sponsor growth and development in existing countries and also be actively involved in opening up new territories and the ‘on boarding process’
Leadership of various projects and initiatives across the international estate.
We are looking for an experienced Franchise Business Manager / Leader who has had some previous franchising experience and ideally within branded restaurants.
A genuine aptitude for commercial success.

Qualitification
You’ll be an experienced operator, with a true passion for cultivating relationships and inspiring others to maintain legendary standards.
You’ll understand exactly how to engage existing and new partners, enhance business performance and deliver growth in sales.
Candidates consumer/retail/fashion industry are preferred
