Senior Manager / Assistant Director, C&B
[Description] JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure the implementation of performance & reward programs and policies/ procedures related to compensation & benefits.
Compensation & Benefits
Review, design and implement employee compensation & benefits programs in the organization.
Supervise the administration of the compensation & benefits programs in the organization.
Regularly review compensation & benefits policies and programs to ensure compliance to employment related regulations and internal corporate governance, where applicable.
Prepare communication to employees on any new or changed in compensation & benefits policies and practices.
Prepare & maintain all Policies and Standard Operating Procedure write ups related to compensation & benefits.
Analyze compensation policies and government regulations to develop competitive compensation plan.
Analyze statistical data and reports to develop recommendations for improvement of various reward and recognition programs to enhance staff motivation.
Review promotions/ salary increments recommended by departments to ensure all meet the criteria sets by the organization.
Coordinate all compensation reviews relating to annual performance bonus/ AWS payout and salary increment.
Prepare required compensation data for Ministry of Health submission as and when required.
Research market trends to support any recommended market adjustment exercises to ensure market competitiveness.
Performance Management
Review performance management system and process and recommend changes when appropriate and to ensure that the system is effective.
Supervise the administration of the performance management system (Ranking, promotions and bonus)
Manage yearly promotion exercise & ceremony.
Policy & Planning
Assist in the preparation of writing policy papers and design of presentation materials to seek Managements approval on the proposed HR frameworks and strategies.
Assist in the developing of HR frameworks and implementing strategies and plans to effectively engage staff of all levels
Requirements
Degree Human Resource Management
Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience
Solid financial/ analytic skills
Planning, organizational and decision making skills
