Senior Systems Specialist (SAP FICO) IHiS (Integrated Health Information Systems) - Singapore

Job description

• Provide functional expertise and guidance on SAP FICO modules.
• Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
• Manage the procurement and vendor selection process.
• Manage project delivery and vendors in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
• Liaise closely with vendors or in-house developers in project implementation, application maintenance, application testing and supporting application patches and upgrades.
• Review and / or approve project deliverables.
• Plan and coordinate application testing and end-user training.
• Provide 24/7 application maintenance support when applicable.
• Ensure project targets and IT support service targets are met.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in implementation and support of SAP FICO modules.
• Project delivery with at least one complete SDLC.
• Implementation and support of SAP ECC6.0 focusing on the FICO modules.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Experience in liaising with business users, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently as well as an effective team player with strong desire to deliver results.
• Adaptable and meticulous with strong analytical skills.
• CITPM / PMP and SAP certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
