Procurement Manager/ Procurement Specialist Marall Services - Singapore

A top tier financial services firm is looking for two procurement professionals, one senior and one mid-level, to join their procurement division. 
The roles will be responsible for strategic sourcing, complex contracting, supplier performance and risk management. The volume of spend in the region is 50M $ but complexity is high.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and negotiate contracts for sales, legal and operational departments    
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to design and implement SLAs
  • Plan and conduct structured business reviews of existing vendors   
  • Deal with global management within the client, advice the local CEO, CIO in all contractual matters

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of procurement and sourcing background.
Key Qualifications:
 
  • Vendor and procurement management experience ideally in a banking and financial services environment with large vendors such as IBM, SAP, Oracle
  • Able to handle all aspects of procurement - real estate, office fit out,  end user and applications infrastructure, data centre, market data, software licenses, professional services
  • Track record of delivery in this type of role in cross-cultural, cross-functional environments
  • Strong commercial & contracts management, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills.
