We are looking for a business-savvy individual with a considerable appetite for learning, career progression and income. Ideally, a graduate from a suitable business program that is ambitious, confident and engaging at all levels from warehouse to CEO.

You will be mentored personally and professionally to be self sufficient and extremely capable in understanding customer’s requirements and strategically approaching the selling process, not just churning leads. You will undertake specific training where required to assist you to develop professionally and personally and maintain a good career progression inside a small, long term and passionate team.
You will have the opportunity to assist Channel Partners develop their own businesses and engage with them in strategic aspects of their growth. This can be a learning opportunity for a Business Leader of the future.
In this role you will:
  • Target businesses that are looking for new business management software
  • Develop marketing-qualified leads to Sales-qualified leads
  • Engage with sales-qualified leads throughout a marketing driven nurturing process until such time as the potential client is ready for a preliminary, scripted solution overview, generally via webinar.
  • Assist Channel Partners with sales qualified leads
  • Propose systems solution via a structured discovery process leading to implementation
  • Engage with prospects to measure potential for further information/follow-up
  • Conduct follow-up webinars on specific solution components with a pre sales engineer/technical resource/Channel Partner
  • Continue nurturing process throughout engagement using workflow driven CRM process
  • Assist Channel Partners in same process to deliver and nurture sales qualified leads

Desired Skills and Experience

Ideally you will have previous experience in Business to Business sales and preferably in Business Management software. You may have experience with an older technology platform and be looking for a new product and challenge to further your career. Alternatively, you may have experience in a business that has already given you a level of domain expertise in business accounting, warehousing, distribution, franchising, import/export or similar fields.

It is suitable for Small to Medium businesses with turnover from $2M - $200M and fills a gap between entry-level products (Xero, MYOB etc.) and Enterprise level products such as SAP etc. Typical competition is other Tier 2 software vendors such as Pronto, NetSuite, SAP B1, etc.

HARMONiQ is built on a .NET framework and is highly configurable for industry specific requirements. It is web services enabled and highly connectable to external applications such as web sites etc. HARMONiQ represents a new way of developing highly tuned business applications that are very easily understood by prospective customers.
