We’re looking for a pragmatic, results oriented Delivery Executive with a proven track record of consulting success in the field of Human Capital Management. Must have the ability to engage executives at companies of all sizes with credibility and have very strong business development skills and hands-on delivery experience with technology solutions in the field of Human Capital Management.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage knowledge, experience and consulting expertise in the field of Human Capital Management to work with the HCM line of business executives at small, mid-sized and large companies to identify how they can leverage technology solutions in order to support their creation of a high performance organization.
- Work hand in hand with Illumiti’s sales team to sell SAP SuccessFactors or other SAP HCM solutions and ensure successful delivery of these solutions and the value committed to our Clients;
- Drive the development and continual improvement of methodologies for successful delivery of HCM solutions and offerings that can support Illumiti’s growth in this area of our business;
- Work seamlessly as part of matrix managed team that is delivering a broad range of solutions, SAP products and services, into a shared customer base;
- Maintain excellent partner relationships with SAP and other partners as needed, to enable the achievement of Illumiti’s growth targets in this area of our business;
Desired Skills and Experience
- Significant experience within a broad range of HR areas including Talent Management (Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, and other employee life cycle processes) and the application of technology solutions in support of these processes
- Demonstrated comprehensive and proactive HR management proficiencies combined with advanced strategic-thinking and business service delivery skills
- Management consulting experience in the area of HR/HCM is essential for this role
- Ability to frame complex problems with simplicity and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to develop a compelling business case and experience with proposal creation in response to client RFP’s
- Demonstrated leadership experience

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the area of Business, HR or a strategic human resources program
- Ability to work in Canada – We do not provide sponsorship
