An outstanding interim opportunity has arisen for a bright legal professional or graduate to join our market leading legal team as a resourcer / head-hunter, focusing upon placing Associates into leading City and US Firms. You will be working alongside a team of experienced ex-solicitors, helping to source high-calibre candidates, attend interviews and client meetings and play a key role in the success of the team. This position would suit an articulate candidate with good academics. You will need to be confident on the phone, capable of overcoming setbacks and able to work in a pressurised environment.
Those with Training Contracts commencing September 2016 or 2017 are encouraged to apply, this position would provide an interesting alternative to paralegal work by developing your commercial and interpersonal skills, giving exposure to the wider legal recruitment industry and insight into the career options open to solicitors. This position will be for 12 - 18 months with some flexibility.
