- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") market and requirements
- Knowledge of manufacturing, especially process and batch manufacturing
- Ability to learn rapidly and commitment to lifelong learning and professional and personal development
- Honesty, integrity, reliability
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with MBA a plus
