- Identify automation opportunities through problem management, operational input, and business intelligence analytics
- Provide thought leadership in the best process, tools, and people required to implement a framework to provide consistent automation across multiple business units that embraces a combination of centralized and decentralized command and control
- Responsible for transforming, leading, and enhancing the automation maturity for the customer across multiple verticals
- Align the digital transformation offering around process automation
- Identify knowledge gaps and new trends within the automation applications and process
- Take accountability for projects by ensuring right team is deployed and program managing the delivery of the projects
- Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools, including Business Objects
- Manage the Six Sigma Initiatives at NTT DATA BPO
Desired Skills and Experience
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum experience of 7-10 years with at least few years with automation frameworks, automation solutions and/or Business Analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Outsourcing services
- Domain/Industry expertise in one/two function areas e.g., Insurance, Financial Services etc.
- Understanding of business process management principles (such as process metrics and business outcome metrics, process governance, etc.)
- Excellent understanding on the principals of Business Process Mapping and Modeling with In-depth knowledge of six sigma tools and Conduct Value stream mapping exercise
- Business Domain expertise and basic knowledge Know-how in BPM Tools, desktop automation, and Analytics tools that are used for process optimization in the process life cycle
- Experience with Tableau, @Risk, R or a programming language is a plus
- Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Understanding of process design and assessment methods (such as lean, QRM, business process re-engineering)
- Operations & Quality background is must with a combination of Delivery Excellence, Solutions. IT is an advantage
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to coordinate/network across organization
- Strong Analytical skills and hands on experience on mining data and preparing strong business case/ proposals.
Knowledge of Tools Like:
- For Automation - Automation Anywhere, IPSoft, etc.
- For Analytics – SAS, R-Hadoop etc.
- For Process Re-Engineering – LEAN, VSM etc.
