An enthusiastic, results-focused personality and drive to succeed 
High-energy and a sense for urgency
A love of the phone as your primary sales tool Both 'hunter' instincts and 'farmer' abilities
At least 2 years of professional inside sales experience
Strong computer skills and exposure to applicant tracking systems and/or CRM software 
Prior experience in recruitment/Staffing (desirable)
Ability to influence through articulate verbal communication and strong listening skills 
Full cycle sales-process (prospecting to closing) with working knowledge of consultative sales methodologies 
Ability to Consistently perform at or above daily and weekly production goals to achieve monthly billings targets
