This role is key to supporting all of our sales efforts and growing into a more client service focused position along the way. This includes support of the sales team, maintenance of applicable databases, business intelligence analytics, sales related reports and managing any internal or external communication where necessary.
What your responsibilities will be:
• Provide external sales reps with administrative and sales support to help increase productivity including managing data capture and analysis, coordination of follow-up and managing the integration of sales initiatives with marketing.
• Research target market firms and identify relevant contacts. Proactively use the CRM to identify high potential prospects and qualify leads.
• Prepare, support and coordinate all aspects relating to sales presentations and due diligence visits such as presentation booklets, supporting sales material, briefing memos and sessions, agendas, etc.
• Assist in all data management for tracking sales activity. Manage reporting including monthly prospect and sales snapshot reports.
Participate in other projects as requested by management.
• Increasingly gain knowledge of all products and relevant competitors.
• Eventually, provide inbound telephone support, including answering product questions and sending follow up product information.
