Project Management Analyst 877710
[Description] Reporting to a director based in the headquarters, the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire business process reengineering functions, with a particular focus on the "logistics process", i.e. the delivery process from the suppliers dock to the customers premises.
Other Responsibilities Include
Collaborating with IT and supply chain organisations to execute the transformation process to drive for operational excellence
Deployment and training of business processes and tools to support the transformation roadmap
Manage and monitor senior business analysts and claim system development, enhancements, process and system procedure guides
Responsible for data and training of staff, and working closely with 3PLs
The successful candidate should ideally have a bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, with hands on experience in managing large business transformation projects.
Key Attributes
Good understanding of supply chain management methodologies and processes related to shipping, logistics, and distribution processes
Ability to gather and interpret business significant data to build a management picture, and leverage advanced reporting system functions to transform data as needed
A proven project manager who is self driven, with strong problem solving abilities and time management skills
Prior experience in technology systems such as customer relationship management (CRM) and warehouse management system (WMS) preferred
