Singapore Software Deployment Leader IBM - Singapore

IBM Software Deployment Leaders are responsible for ensuring the success of large IBM software customers. The primary role of the Software Deployment Leader is to accelerate the deployment of IBM software products, while developing and maintaining a technical advisory relationship with the customer. 

Functions include:
- Provide technical leadership to achieve business results (software deployment, Subscription & Support (S&S) renewals, stream revenue) for accounts assigned
- Use technical and business acumen to build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers, and actively seek new projects/opportunities to burn additional software
- Provide technical leadership on solution design, deployment best practices, and IBM's technology roadmaps
- Facilitate the creation and presentation of readiness plans for planned and seeded software as needed
- Harvest and share reusable intellectual capital and deployment experiences
- Understand how IBM’s offerings compare, contrast, and integrate with the customer’s existing software investment from IBM, business partners, and the competition
- Build relationship networks with knowledge sources inside and outside of IBM, and leverage those relationships to avoid technical inhibitors to solution deployment
- Proactively monitor and promote deployment of purchased software products to maximize deployment against targets and eliminate software reversals. 
- Identify and track client sponsors and assigned projects for software products in the contract.
- Act as the spearhead, working with the S&S teams, to identify any S&S exposures in advance
- Drive the development of implementation plans for clients which speed time to value 
- Promote the use of services and Accelerated Value Program (AVP) to mitigate risk in the client's software deployments
- Drive client references for successful software deployments 

Required
  • Technical Diploma
  • At least 3 years experience in in delivering software solutions (architecture, development, requirements analysis, testing, or support)
  • At least 3 years experience in managing customer relationships
  • At least 4 years experience in in Project Management experience and/or certification
  • At least 2 years experience in in Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, Social, and/or Security solutions
  • English: Fluent
