Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Purchasing. The responsibilities include:
- Manage the Manufacturing processes (Machine Shop/Welding Dept/Assembly Dept) with the help of Shop Supervisors/Lead Hands
- Ensure productivity goals are achieved while maintaining high Environmental, Safety and Quality values
- Optimize processes and work flow to reduce product lead times and improve on-time delivery
- Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Ability to plan, organize and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- University Degree in Engineering and/or strong manufacturing experience
Nice to have
- Work experience in a ‘Engineered to Order’ manufacturing environment
- Experience with Heat Exchangers or Pressure Vessels
- Experience in lean manufacturing techniques
- Industrial Engineering Degree
