Operations and Customer Service Manager

Our client is the leading healthcare services provider and they are seeking an Operations and Customer Service Manager with account management/ customer service management experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in managing warehousing and distribution; and  order processing for our clients
  • Act as the focal point of contact for clients for any operational, performance or commercial issues or queries
  • Engage clients actively to understand their strategic direction and needs; and develop relevant strategies to meet clients’ business needs
  • Establish relevant KPIS to drive service and operational excellence to enhance clients’ satisfaction
  • Review business performance, compile information and organize business reviews with clients periodically

Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Broad experience in supply chain, logistics, operations and key account management
  • Experience within the Pharma/Medical Device/Healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in managing and developing a high performance team
  • Good knowledge in warehouse management system and inventory management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
