Service Mechanic/Technician PSI Pressure Systems Corp. - Baytown, TX, US

PSI Pressure Systems Corp., a leading manufacturer of high-pressure water blasting pumps and accessories, has an opening for an experienced Service Mechanic/Technician at our Baytown, TX location. The position requires a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service attitude, and experience with water blast pumps would be ideal but not required. PSI’s Service dept. provides PSI and its customers with first-class service.

Requirements For Service Mechanic/Technician
Responsible for repair and maintenance of high-pressure water blasting pumps and accessories.
Minimum of three years’ experience in the troubleshooting and repair of pumps, engines, or heavy equipment.
Must use mechanical knowledge to service, repair and test equipment.
Must have your own hand tools.
An ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
Experience in hydraulics preferred.
Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime, including after hours and weekends as required.
Must be willing and able to travel, sometimes overnight on short notice, to perform service duties in the field and at customers' facilities.
Must have a valid Texas Operator’s license and a good driving record (insurable) to be able to perform the job.
CDL and TWIC preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is mandatory.
Must pass a pre-employment physical, including drug screen.
