The Role
As Warehouse Executive, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth
and efficient operations of the licensed warehouse. You will oversee
daily routines administrative task such as receipt, inspection, custom
permit (domestic/export) of finished products. In addition, you will
assist the Manager in the Logistics Total Productive Management (TPM)
Pillar Activities. Your Key Roles And Responsibilities Include
* Responsible for compliance to all statutory and custom rules and
regulations for physical and system record
* Responsible for monitoring and ensuring accuracy of all daily
reports and inventory transactions
* Responsible for liaison with customs Officers on inspections and
Excise requirements
* Responsible for timely submission of Licensed Warehouse report to
Customs
* Ensure scheduled and random stock and cycle counts are conducted and
documented for all finished goods/ imported product / packaging material
* Plan and arrange timely transfer of duty paid stock to shipping
warehouse
* Responsible for the submission of write off on aged stock according
to established guidelines as necessary
* Actively involved in data collection / deployment of department
activities
* Assist to identify, launch and lead TPM team
* Set and Managing trigger point of key KPIs , identifying failure
mode and implement corrective actions
* Actively oversee to ensure sustainability of 5S execution in the
logistics operations
Requirements
* Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management/Supply Chain
* 3 - 5 years of supervisory and executive experience in managing
bonded warehouse and inventory
* Experience in using Warehouse Management System/Microsoft Office and
TradeNet
* Knowledge of modern warehousing and storekeeping procedures, optimum
space utilization and stock inventory procedures
* Comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, codes, regulations and
policies, e.g., Custom and Excise regulation
* Good interpersonal skill for cross department relationship
* Strong manpower and resource management skill
