The researcher position is perfect for individuals experienced with social media and online databases. As a researcher you will master the use of these tools and become independent in your searches. Through this position, you will obtain the skills to search for and identify the best candidates for each individual job search. You can learn the tricks of the trade of what makes a candidate truly stand out to both the employer and the recruiter, which is great knowledge to obtain for your own personal profiles.
Recruiter
Wondering what headhunting is all about? Start out as a recruiter making calls to candidates to learn the ins and outs of working on the phone. You will learn how to communicate with new candidates each day and be able to conclude what he or she is truly looking for in their next opportunity. In this position you have the ability to change candidates’ lives as you assist them in finding fulfilling employment. At SearchPath you have the opportunity to test out which industry most appeals to you before determining an area of focus. After choosing a field, you have the option to advance to an Account Executive position.
Account Executive
Account Executives may bring their knowledge and expertise from former careers to this position allowing for specialization in one area of recruiting. If this is your first career, you will be able to determine your niche industry through testing out different areas. You will also have the ability to develop relationships with the client and candidate with whom you will be working.
