The responsibility of the Data Administrator is to provide supplemental support to the team by efficiently executing administrative duties as it relates to all data processes. Accuracy and detail orientation is critical as this role has a substantial focus on data entry, manipulation and data management. Multi-tasking, and the ability to prioritize, as well as changing focus throughout the day, as necessary, are also essential skills.

What you’ll be doing...
- Assist with a data management project supporting our Operations Programs Team
- Project based one-time migration fixes
- Work collaboratively with a team of data admins
- Maintain processes for collecting, aggregating, matching, and consolidating data
- You’ll trace down issues and determine the root causes, feeding bugs and improvement requests back into the development process for future development iteration and support
- 2-or 4-yr degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in administrative support and customer service
- Experience with CRM/ERP Systems preferred
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and quick to break down and find the root of problems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work and meet tight deadlines is essential
- Strength in establishing great rapport with people and a solid track record building customer relationships
- Experience analyzing data hands-on and using analytic software products. You love understanding data, patterns and trends. Numbers are your friends. You can dig into the details but always see the big picture.
