Posting Title: Project Manager
Location: San Jose (Yerba Buena)
Responsibilities:
· As a member of the Business Enablement team, manage cross-functional projects on behalf of the Portfolio Management and Sales Operations organization
· Assist with communication of program scope, objectives, tasks and business and resource requirements
· Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. Focus on meeting project commitments.
· Define project plans, resources, and timelines. Develop methods to monitor project progress.
· Organize and facilitate meetings, as appropriate, driving clear goals and timely follow up on action items
· Proactively identify project risks, develop solutions and present options to challenges. Escalate as appropriate.
· Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts with and between projects or functional areas
· Develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners
· Prepare and publish meeting minutes, process mapping, and presentation support.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· 5 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably with experience in Sales Operations processes, tools, and systems (e.g. SFDC, CPQ, etc.)
· Bachelor’s degree preferred. MBA or PMP desired.
· Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Operations preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven expertise in leading comprehensive projects with prior experience building process and program infrastructure
· Strong business acumen, understands how actions and decision impact the business
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with internal customers
· Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Lotus Notes, BIS, Essbase, Microsoft Office products, CPQ tools, Financial Planning tools, BI tools, etc. desired.
