[Description] Main Duties & Responsibilities

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, who can essentially play an integral role in the effective deployment and continuous improvement in ensuring optimised logistics and operations to achieve superior Customer Service levels to support the commercial business.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this Individual Contributor Role, reporting to the Logistics Manager (Singapore), include:

Primary contact for inventory availability to ensure agreed commercial service levels are met
Manage and ensure efficient freight and distribution (including Customs clearance), e.g. optimize inbound freight processes to support operational excellence within the organization
Ensure proper freight documentation and payment processes
Review inbound freight spend and ensure cost effective re packing contract to maintain a high level of Customer Service level
Coordinate and ensure effective scheduling and re packing activities for consistent product availability within the market

Candidate Profile

Singapore Permanent

Tertiary education with related discipline(s) in Logistics or Supply Chain or Operational Management
Acquired in depth knowledge in logistics, especially inbound freight and planning activities; and basic finance knowledge
Good SAP and warehouse management system knowledge
Good interpersonal communication skills
Experienced in operating within a GMP environment
