Thermal Design Verification Engineer 2- MDG Microsoft HoloLens 

MDG- Microsoft HoloLens Team is continuing to revolutionize consumer electronic devices. The team is that incubated Kinect and profoundly redefined the way people interact with technology is forming a product development team to change the world again! We are growing team of experienced device product developers, working in a startup environment on redefining experiences with epic technology innovation. 

We are developing ground-breaking hardware, software and experiences across computer vision, machine learning, human-computer interaction, and image and video processing, networking and graphics. We will transform our ideas into reality through shipping a first-to-market product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a member of the design verification team, the candidate will be responsible for the complete end to end thermal validation of our products to ensure a fantastic user experiences. The candidate will participate in the development of our products from product inception to mass production.

The Candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Be capable of defining and executing thermal component and thermal system-level tests to help validate system specifications. 
- Triage and evaluation of complex subsystems leading to clear action plans and customer impact across hardware, software drivers, applications and protocols.
- Experienced with statistical data analysis techniques to identify critical performance metrics and limits.
- Capable of working with cross-functional teams to define, implement and triage system level tests.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum BSEE/BSCE with 3-5 years of experience
- Familiarity with computer architecture.
- Experience in thermal design, measurements and analysis
- A successful candidate must be able to implement and run a test plan.
- Ability to debug system failures both HW and SW for root cause analysis.
- Candidate must understand testing at both module and system level.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with low power mobile devices is a plus.
