The role
We have vacancies for enthusiastic and flexible band 5 staff nurses to join our team at Teddington Memorial Hospital in-patient unit. Previous medical and surgical NHS experience is preferred. You should be motivated and be able to deliver high quality evidence based skilled nursing care within the small friendly, recently refurbished community hospital. Consisting of 50 beds providing rehabilitation, sub-acute and palliative care using multi-disciplinary goal planned approach.
You will have good communication skills and be able to work autonomously but also work in an integrated way. Also with a good level of understanding of primary care led services.
