Main responsibilities
- Managing a team of up to 10
- Catering for the staff, including breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Catering for up to 100 - 150 staff per day
- Attracting new customers with your excellent service and quality food.
- Have a real passion for cooking and giving excellent service
- Responsible for all the financial aspects of the business
- Training and motivating staff
- Build an excellent relationship with the client
- Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation
- Ideally, you will have NVQ Level 1/2 in food preparation or equivalent
- Management experience within the catering and hospitality industry
- Previous experience overseeing security & cleaning, would be an advantage
- Standards and quality driven management style
- Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
- Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
- A 'Can-do' attitude
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Computer literate
