Position: Permanent Role - Consultant/ Or Senior Consultant - SAP BW/ BI (SAP HANA, SAP - BW or BW-BPS, BI-IP, BO Dashboards, BI web intelligence, Crystal reports - technical expert).
Language Expertise: English (Mandate) and German - Preferred (If an experienced professional having basic German language knowledge will be groomed internally).
Experience: Overall 5 - 15 yrs/ Min. 3 yrs+ with SAP BW/ BI complete cycle experience - must be technically very sound).
Travel: Must be willing to travel the overall client/ project sites whenever required.
Position Base Location: Germany (Permanent Position)
Job Specification: Sap BI Hana Expert: Knowing SAP - BW, or BW-BPS, BI-IP, BO Dashboards, BI web intelligence, ( maybe ) HANA . Let's say minimum of 3 years with an SAP BW/BI focus, ideally 5-7 yrs+ commercial experience, but those additional years could be from another technical background.
Either: Consultant with functional background/ Or: Techie who would have experience with crystal reports etc.
MUST: be able to speak German. Now this is the key. Should be business level German, ideally that means fluent, but let's say that if someone has/ is studying German then should be approaching the end of A2 level or B1+ level, OR, they are living in Germany and are able to operate in German at a business level.
Looking for Indian Nationals who are based internationally, so perhaps originally from India and working in Germany (ideal if they are working for companies such as Wipro/ Infosys/ Accenture, Siemens IT, SAP Labs, etc.).
Experienced candidates with/ or without basic knowledge of German language will be groomed internally.
Location can be anywhere in Germany - because consultant MUST be prepared to travel to end client sites on a weekly basis.
Work permit is not an issue - assuming consultant has a degree ( critical).
Industry - not important.
Salary - With 3-5+ yrs BI and 7-10 yrs IT overall, then likely to be in the region of Euro 60/70 k annually or above depending upon the expertise.
Pointers: We need motivated consultants, there has to be a strong reason for them to relocate, or to change from existing company in germany.
If you think your German is 'ok' but not quite business level, that can still work - If they are prepared to work hard at learning. Client may give them 2-3 months to improve, and we can if we think its feasible give them extra lessons ahead of interview.
