- General business management: high level strategic planning; financial and personnel management.
- Customer first contact: presenting the Presco value proposition, establishing technological competency and forming a personal relationship.
- Evaluation of customer needs and technology; writing the initial Statement of Work and business plan; making the customer presentation.
- Assemble mission-specific technology team, supervise and direct the work, manage the schedule and budget.
- Exercise interpersonal and technical skills to bring each project to successful completion: technology goals achieved; on-time and on-budget.

In addition to the manufacturing of Marking Products, Presco also compounds and extrudes flexible PVC film. Our film is sold to other manufacturers who utilize it in their manufacturing process. Our PVC film can be found in items such as blood pressure cuffs, brattice material, laminate flooring, military tents, awning and much more.
Presco also converts PVC film into convention/trade show table top film, which is sold through our subsidiary, Proflex Vinyls. Presco PVC film is known throughout industry for providing high quality film and solutions for our manufacturing partners.
