• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") market and requirements
• Knowledge of manufacturing, especially process and batch manufacturing a bonus
• Ability to learn rapidly and commitment to lifelong learning and professional and personal development
• Honesty, integrity, reliability a must
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with MBA a plus
