Required
- 3+ years of experience recruiting at an internet company or tech agency
- Ability to manage full recruiting life cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing
- Excellent communication skills - ability to clearly and eloquently tell IV’s story
Responsibilities
- Work with founders to define recruiting strategy across engineering, sales, account management, and marketing
- Innovate on ways to attract and source the best talent
- Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices with the rest of the organization
- Eventually manage and develop a team of recruiting coordinators and sourcers who will support you and the rest of the recruiting team accomplish our goals
