Joining netguru as a Junior Recruitment Specialist means:

• managing communication with prospective candidates
• initial contact with prospective candidates through various channels (e.g. StackOverflow, LinkedIn)
• carrying out initial calls and ensuring that the prospective candidates have a great experience from the very first contact
• conducting research in order to attract potential candidates
• drafting adverts and promoting job offers using various online methods

Desired Skills and Experience

We want you to come on board if you:

• have already had some experience in recruitment
• have a good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
• can foster positive relationships with future candidates
• can pro-actively source new talent and know how to attract them by using effective communication techniques and channels
• know how to write job offers in a clear and concise manner
• have impressive communication and interpersonal skills
• have a desire and open-mindedness to learn and upskill

We will be happy to see that you:

• are familiar with direct and executive search methods
• have some experience in IT recruitment
• have a passion for creating recruitment-related content
