Use your expertise to challenge the status quo Drive and manage regional projects and individual subprojects within our Market Operations department in areas such as planning, order to cash, Business Intelligence and SOP; and help develop and implement new solutions that will enhance the overall value chain.
• Drive Support projects that drive the Strategy Deployment in Market Operations and implement standard processes within Order Management in the various business units, including the execution of customer value proposition projects.
• Execute high complexity projects as a change driver in clear alignment with frames given by your steering group.
• Take lead on initiatives to grow the general project management competence level among project managers within the organization.
• Work closely with Corporate IT towards solutions building which work cohesively with the business processes as an integral part of project deployment

• Understanding of Order Management processes and SAP system knowledge (SAP R3 SD/MM, SAP BW)
• Excellent in motivating project teams across different cultures and functions.
• University Degree in Supply Chain/Operations or equivalent.
