Energetic and vibrant, as Restaurant Manager you will be the ‘face’ of our businesses, and need to look the part – smart and well presented. The right candidate will have a natural gift for hospitality and be able to motivate and lead a team through their passion, their example and their commitment.
Knowledge of Managing your own P+L and targets are essential. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for all aspects and activities within the restaurant ensuring that targets are achieved or exceeded. They will deliver the high standards of operation and excellence in Guest Service through highly trained and engaged restaurant teams. You will report directly to the Cinema General Manager.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a restaurant role and be passionate about food standards. They will have a proven record of providing a high level of guest service and will be committed to exceeding guest expectations.
