This is an amazing opportunity for a PR specialist to join a leading agency in Singapore! The ideal candidate will come from an agency background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trusted advisor at C-suite executives, providing senior level strategic counsel and insight, guidance and creativity to meet client requirements.
• Lead client teams to expand revenue channels and grow existing client business into new areas.

• Creating strategic multi-brand communications campaigns for hotel brands
• Working with marketing agencies to devise and deliver campaigns that span traditional PR and digital, along with knowledge of working with paid media / ad partners in full 360 marketing campaign
• Exceeding client expectations in the development and implementation of PR strategies for which you are responsible
• Plan and drive new business on designated accounts and lead on new business development, networking and marketing activities, as well as new business acquisition and conversion.
• Managing the work of the team, to deadline and in line with budgets
• Leading creativity on accounts and encouraging the team to be proactive in this area
• Running budgets in terms of both time and hard costs efficiently and effectively
• Strong leadership abilities to manage/guide and motivate the team and agency

Key Requirements:

• Agency experience essential
• Experience within beauty and fashion
• A proven counsellor to senior in-house communications teams and C-suite executives.
• Ability to devise creative and strategic campaigns which deliver incredible coverage and message impact. 
• Be able to advise on communications brand strategies across owned and earned channels
• A proven record of winning new business and in leading, managing and growing a profitable portfolio of consumer brand clients
• Experience of running and creating cross-discipline, multi-stakeholder campaigns, for major consumer brands
• Strong creative thinker who will inspire team planning and take a strategic and creative approach to client and inter-agency projects and challenges
• A passion for and comprehensive understanding of digital behaviour and new media consumer behaviour to further and strengthen creative ideas
