Job Description
- Act as a liaison with advertising agencies and clients including building & revising proposal
- Providing client with schedule for their Insertion Order allocation
- Coordinates between client and internal teams to ensure all ads material are on time
- Report directly to the Advertising Director
- Tracking campaigns and taking screenshots for and creating post-buy analysis reports

- Has a passion for media in all its forms - digital, print, social
- Is an organised team player who enjoys working with clients
- Is friendly and articulate
The Responsibilities
- Liaise with advertising agencies and direct clients to build and revise proposals for print and digital lifestyle media buys
- Provide client service follow-up: scheduling insertions, coordinating ad material receipt tracking campaigns to create post-buy analysis reports
- Report directly to the Advertising Director
