Internal Recruitment Manager - Software Vendor Allegro Development Corporation - Singapore

Allegro is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the development, delivery and maintenance of our talent management strategy across the Asia Pacific Region, from Allegro’s Regional HQ, in Singapore.

The successfully appointed person will become a key member of the corporate HR team, whilst reporting into the Global HR Director based in Dallas.  Simultaneously, they will work closely with local Asia Pacific leaders and hiring managers, acting as the regional expert resource to coach and guide managers in all activities, recruitment related.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Full lifecycle recruitment – source, screen and manage candidates through the full recruitment process, in a timely and professional manner, inclusive of negotiating remunerations packages, coordinating offers and closing of candidates.  This is whilst complying with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines.
• Form trusted relationships with the business leaders, understanding their requirements fully to build detailed job descriptions and create candidate pools for both current and future requisitions.
• Perform strategic resource planning with department Director’s and Line Management, to meet challenging business and operations requirements.
• Coach Managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques and retention management.
• Network with current employees across the organisation, gathering leads and referrals of top talent within the industry whilst coordinating Allegro’s employee referral incentive programme for the region.
• Provide assistance with on-boarding new employees into the company.
• Build brand awareness in the open market through job boards and Allegro’s social media platforms.
• Liaise closely with the regional and global HR teams, to gain and share information on changes to compensation structure, HR policy, employee benefits and bonus pay-outs.
• Form strong relationships with key partner ETRM/CTRM recruitment agencies in the regional markets, gaining competitive advantage and additional recruitment support. 
• Development and implementation of proven, cost-effective sourcing strategies to fill job openings, whilst closely monitoring recruitment spend and budget.

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business/Arts, with HR related certification preferred
• Proven track record of creatively sourcing candidates, in a niche market, from an agency and/or internal recruitment position
• Strong knowledge of Asia Pacific employment-related laws and regulations
• Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to details and ability to develop creative solutions to problems and continuously improve systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal  and communications skills and possess strong leadership skills
• Good initiative, resourceful and meticulous
• Ability to multitask with multiple objectives, both short and long term.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a global team.
• Recruitment experience within the software, financial, energy or commodity markets preferred.  
• Ability/proven success at developing innovative ways of identifying and attracting additional talent.
